1. Delivery Timeline

  • Domestic (India): We typically dispatch orders within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, please allow 5–7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
  • International: For international orders, delivery timelines usually range from 10–15 business days. Shipping costs and customs duties (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Enjoy a 5% discount on all prepaid orders as shown on our homepage!
  • Standard Shipping: Shipping charges may apply based on the order value and delivery pin code. These will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.


Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to love your Vedayaa outfit. If you are not satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and invoices are intact.
  • The item was not purchased during a “Final Sale” or as a customized order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like jewelry or accessories may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

3. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Visit our Contact Us page or email us at [Insert Email Address] with your Order ID and the reason for return.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where available). If reverse pickup is not available for your location, you may need to ship the item back to our warehouse.
  3. After the product reaches us and passes a quality check, we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Account/Credit Card/Wallet) within 7–10 business days.
  • COD Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be issued as Store Credit or via bank transfer to an account provided by you.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
